Contract Manager – Renewable Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and arrange contracts operationally while ensuring a well-structured and transparent contract portfolio.

• Draft customer contracts and verify that all information and documentation are complete and accurate.

• Gather and assess the contractual documentation necessary for bank financing.

• Facilitate and manage contract amendments, ensuring thorough documentation and version control.

• Create intercompany agreements and oversee their execution along with comprehensive documentation.

• Track deadlines, contract statuses, and next steps, engaging relevant stakeholders promptly.

• Efficiently process contracts and documents utilizing AI and cutting-edge software solutions.

• Continuously enhance current processes and systems.

• A meticulous, organized, and dependable approach to work.

• A completed degree or vocational qualification in areas such as business, finance, business law, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Preliminary experience with contracts, documents, or administrative processes is beneficial.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to swiftly grasp complex documents and their interrelations.

• A keen interest in and willingness to actively utilize AI tools in daily operations.

• Business-fluent German, with at least a C1 level proficiency, both written and spoken.
