Contract Manager – EMR Modernization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate federal subaward agreements that support healthcare organizations throughout Maine.

• Prepare grant and subaward agreements.

• Manage the execution of contracts.

• Supervise and approve deliverables.

• Review and authorize amendments.

• Facilitate contract renewals.

• Monitor project milestones.

• Address and resolve contractual issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate the closeout of contracts.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of subaward agreements with involved healthcare organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in contract management.

• Experience with federal grants.

• Familiarity with procurement regulations.

• Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.

• Must comply with standards and principles regarding sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, abuse of authority, discrimination, and child safeguarding.

• Will be subjected to thorough reference and background checks.
