This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more state.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of sponsor contracts, including change orders and amendments.
• Prepare and amend contracts, budgets, scopes of work, as well as legal, financial, and operational terms.
• Spearhead negotiations with sponsors concerning study budgets and agreement conditions.
• Ensure that scopes of work and agreed modifications are accurately captured in contracts and budgets.
• Collaborate with teams in Business Development, Therapeutic Leadership, Operations, Finance, Legal, Proposal Development, and Business Operations.
• Create and revise service description text and contract exhibits.
• Finalize project timelines, scope, and associated costs in coordination with Project Management and relevant departments.
• Secure approvals for discounts, payment schedules, final budgets, sponsor grids, and contracts.
• Monitor document status and values using Salesforce and Worldwide’s finance system.
• Facilitate sponsor communications and share pertinent information during negotiations.
• Participate in internal project handover meetings as needed.
• Capacity to operate with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional planning, strategizing, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including budget manipulation and client bid grids.
• Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Metrics-focused, goal-oriented, and highly detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills, encompassing prioritization, delegation, and work evaluation.
• Networking and influencing capabilities.
• Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing demands.
• Proven ability to lead and successfully manage projects.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Understanding of general corporate business practices and commercial contracting principles.
• Prior experience in Proposal Development and Business Development Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to three years of direct experience within CRO or pharmaceutical data, covering sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
