This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Cultivate professional expertise and implement company policies and procedures to address challenges.
β’ Recognize, prioritize, and engage with leadership and stakeholders effectively.
β’ Offer assistance in contract management, budgeting, development, negotiation, and oversight.
β’ Build and enhance relationships with departments whose services and products are interconnected.
β’ Follow up on unresolved matters and escalate pertinent issues as necessary.
β’ Aid stakeholders and business operations personnel in creating agreements that comply with CCHMC policies and regulations.
β’ Negotiate, draft, and process contracts with both public and private organizations.
β’ Oversee research funding agreements with federal and state agencies, foundations, and industry sponsors.
β’ Facilitate research and academic collaborations, including multi-site projects and data/materials transfer, research collaboration, services, network, consortium, and registry agreements.
β’ Provide centralized support for 1β3 divisions.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
β’ Over 3 years of professional experience in a related job discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Familiarity with CCHMC policies and regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, HSRP, and export compliance.
β’ Knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and processing.
β’ Strong, diplomatic, and effective oral and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to develop and sustain effective working relationships.
β’ Ability to offer guidance and training on budgetary and contracting matters.
β’ Additional compensation may be available, including shift, on-call, or weekend differentials.
