This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist in Site Start-Up activities pertaining to investigator site contracts, ethics and regulatory submissions, along with essential documents necessary for site initiation.

• Support Clinical Operations initiatives globally under the direction of the SSU Country Manager and the leadership of Central and Shared Services.

• Ensure compliance of regulatory and site contract documentation with both sponsor and Company requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members to devise solutions for issues related to project and site contracts.

• Forge strong working relationships with customers, internal project teams, and site personnel.

• Ensure that relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File in accordance with Company SOP and sponsor guidelines.

• Assist in the management of contracts and essential document processes at the project, country, and site levels.

• Support quality control and translation processes associated with submissions, contracts, and essential documents.

• Aid in negotiations of budgets and contracts with sites and sponsors under supervision until resolution of issues.

• Review contracts for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that corrections are made and documented appropriately.

• Generate amended contract and budget documentation as necessary.

• Prepare documentation for contract management and streamline processes related to contracts, proposals, and internal operations.

• Propose and implement innovative ideas and solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

• An Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training is preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment supporting operations in Italy.

• Capability to interact appropriately and effectively with investigative site personnel and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
