This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Input Managed Care contracts into the Contract Management system.
• Conduct regular analyses and validations of anticipated reimbursement outputs from the Contract Management system.
• Develop and evaluate Managed Care models, including forecasting, data analytics, and ensuring system integrity.
• Offer comprehensive feedback on outdated contract terms and potential revenue loss for both internal and external clients.
• Acquire knowledge of application functionality and enhance industry expertise.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Handle, safeguard, and share patients’ protected health information (PHI) exclusively in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to Information Security and HIPAA protocols and procedures.
• Restrict PHI access to the minimum necessary for fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare financial analysis and Managed Care contracts/Contract Management.
• Proficient in interpreting both governmental and private Managed Care contracts.
• Required experience in revenue cycle management.
• Possess a strong numerical aptitude and exceptional analytical skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Outstanding presentation skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and the capability to summarize large files into executive briefs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High integrity and reliability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must have a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate with others, and manage stress effectively.
• Capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the role, including moving around the work area, sitting, performing manual tasks, operating computers and office equipment, extending arms, kneeling, talking, and hearing.
• Must understand and adhere to Information Security and HIPAA protocols and procedures.
• Must limit access to PHI to the absolute minimum necessary for carrying out assigned duties.
• Smartphone or electronic device provided/required for downloading applications necessary for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
