This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee attendee registration and provide customer service by addressing inquiries through phone and email.
• Create, update, and manage registration content, forms, and communications directed at attendees.
• Maintain attendee databases, perform quality assurance checks, and generate reports.
• Write content for registration websites, event communications, and promotional materials.
• Organize event materials, including printing, packing, shipping, inventory management, and distribution on-site.
• Assist with client communication and day-to-day project coordination tasks.
• Engage in client meetings and internal planning discussions.
• Document action items and necessary follow-up tasks.
• Aid in researching venues, vendors, destinations, and activities.
• Provide travel and logistics coordination for attendees, speakers, and event teams.
• Offer on-site event assistance, which includes managing registration, aiding attendees, distributing materials, and executing operational tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate event coordination.
• Proven experience in supporting attendee registration and reporting processes.
• Experience in creating content for event registration websites and attendee communications.
• Skilled in delivering customer service to attendees and handling participant inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel on-site for events as required by assignments.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying workloads and project timelines throughout the year.
• Availability for remote project work and occasional travel for on-site event execution.
