📋 Description

• Integrate seamlessly within cross-functional delivery teams to capture, analyze, and articulate intricate enterprise business requirements.

• Utilize contemporary AI tools to enhance and automate documentation, user stories, process mapping, and conventional analysis workflows.

• Implement human-in-the-loop review, quality assurance, and validation for AI-generated outputs prior to stakeholder approval.

• Conduct workshops and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to convert high-level strategies into clear, actionable functional deliverables.

• Recognize process bottlenecks and advocate for continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Mid or Senior Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

• Strong domain expertise in Financial Services (wealth management, banking, or related fields).

• Practical knowledge of using AI tools and prompt workflows to automate traditional BA outputs (e.g., meeting summaries, functional specifications, user journey maps).

• Excellent critical thinking and editing abilities to assess, refine, and ensure the accuracy of automated deliverables.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the capacity to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
