Contract Attorney, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct English-language document evaluations for Contact Review initiatives

• Aid in privilege assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and first- and second-level evaluations

• Utilize electronic document review technologies

• Provide support for document reviews, privilege assessments, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translation projects as necessary

• Adhere to project-specific location and scheduling arrangements

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and first and second reviews

• Proficiency with electronic document review tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status

• Prior experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory)

• Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory)

• 2+ years of experience in legal support (preferred but not mandatory)
