Contract Attorney, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of documents in English.

• Carry out privilege and responsiveness evaluations, including redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review technologies.

• Support document evaluation, privilege assessments, expert testimony, legal research, and translation of foreign languages.

• Collaborate with project teams to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

• The location and hours for projects will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of document review processes, such as privilege/responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, and first and second reviews.

• Proficiency in electronic document review tools like Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status.

• Prior experience as a part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not essential).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in legal support (preferred but not necessary).
