Contract Attorney, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of English-language documents for Contact Review projects.

• Execute privilege reviews, responsiveness evaluations, redactions, conceptual searches, as well as first- and second-level reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review tools effectively.

• Provide assistance with document reviews, privilege assessments, expert testimony, legal research, and translation of foreign languages as needed by the project.

• Work location and hours will be determined on a project-by-project basis, which may include options for remote work and hours outside standard business times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege and responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second-level reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review platforms, such as Relativity, Concordance, and ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with a good standing status.

• Previous experience as part of a document review team is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or later is preferred but not essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of legal support experience is preferred but not required.
