Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct reviews of English-language documents for Contact Review projects.

• Perform privilege and responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and both first and second reviews.

• Utilize electronic document review platforms and technologies.

• Assist with document review, privilege assessments, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign language translation tasks as necessary.

• Work hours and location, including remote arrangements and off-hours work, will be determined on a project-by-project basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of document review processes, including privilege/responsiveness assessments, redactions, conceptual searches, and first and second level reviews.

• Proficiency with electronic document review tools such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction with good standing status.

• Experience as part of a document review team (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Relativity version 9.0 or higher (preferred but not mandatory).

• Over 2 years of legal support experience (preferred but not mandatory).
