Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Update contract pricing and membership details in the contract management database system.

• Manage designated supplier contract files and foster supplier relationships.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers.

• Assist in rectifying invoice inaccuracies and resolving contract discrepancies.

• Create and maintain contract documentation files.

• Validate contract maintenance reports and implement necessary database changes.

• Keep track of exception reports and analyze pricing and membership data.

• Identify sources of contract discrepancies and determine suitable resolution strategies.

• Coordinate complex issue resolutions with internal teams and supplier representatives.

• Assist with EDI technology projects for designated suppliers.

• Support management initiatives and drive process improvements.

• Collaborate with distribution centers to resolve discrepancies and update membership and pricing information.

• Perform additional related duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through the completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program.

• Generally requires a minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with contracts administration principles.

• Capability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Robust analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess data and situations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate challenging tasks.

• Capability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Ability to make informed decisions to accomplish objectives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
