This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Update pricing and membership data in the contract management database system.
• Manage assigned supplier contract files and nurture supplier relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated suppliers.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and issues related to supplier contracts.
• Create and maintain files for contract documentation.
• Validate maintenance reports for contracts and execute necessary database updates.
• Keep track of exception reports and evaluate pricing and membership details.
• Investigate contract discrepancies, pinpoint underlying causes, and determine corrective measures.
• Facilitate the resolution of complex issues with internal teams and supplier representatives.
• Assist with EDI technology projects for the assigned suppliers.
• Contribute to management initiatives and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with distribution centers to address contract discrepancies.
• Receive, identify, and rectify discrepancies related to assigned supplier contracts.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a four-year bachelor's degree program.
• A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience.
• Proficient understanding of contract administration.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly assess data/situations.
