This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Contribute to contract management efforts and take ownership of deliverables.

• Negotiate directly with assigned sites regarding clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure adherence to standards in SB&C processes across all projects.

• Utilize industry tools and data sources to offer budget and contract insights that align with parameters and fair market value guidance.

• Identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as needed.

• Monitor actions and negotiations to meet study and site timelines.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team in coordination with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent international qualification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Ability to convey data effectively to support decision-making processes that are data-driven.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.

• Strong organizational skills, along with effective decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Employment with ICON is contingent upon possessing the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
