This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement contracts and change orders for both new and ongoing client/sponsor projects.
• Manage multiple contracts and/or change orders concurrently.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Contracts Managers to establish suitable contract terms and conditions.
• Gain proficiency in costing tools, client budget frameworks, templates, operational tasks, and cost drivers.
• Gather input from operational departments and review contracts and change orders accordingly.
• Create cash-neutral payment schedules as necessary.
• Address client inquiries and comments for review by Legal, operations, or senior management.
• Conduct project and financial analysis on project budgets before submitting to clients.
• Keep Salesforce updated with precise contract or change-order status information.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client/project files and tracking tools.
• Manage a portfolio of clients independently.
• Review client/project documents and budgets to ensure quality control.
• Foster relationships with project teams, sales, proposals, finance, project analysis, clients, service areas, and vendors.
• Clearly communicate contract and change-order statuses with project teams and clients.
• Provide relevant information for client negotiations and discussions.
• Lead or support internal and client-related meetings.
• Contribute to process enhancement and streamline workflows.
• Travel approximately 5% or less, both domestically and/or internationally.
• Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in contract analysis, finance, or a similar field.
• Extensive proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• A valid driver's license may be required, depending on the location.
