This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Develop data analysis frameworks to facilitate swift and effective reporting for any contracting vector throughout the organization.
• Assess contract, network, and business challenges using pertinent data, facts, sound judgment, and established methodologies.
• Assist the Managed Care team by ensuring that contract obligations are met and contracts remain current.
• Aid in contract negotiations, implementation, and the ongoing management of activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, RCM, Operations, and Credentialing teams to collect data and conduct analyses.
• Handle multiple priorities and competing deadlines while ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Identify challenges and opportunities, create practical solutions, and contribute to ongoing enhancements in processes, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 2 years of experience in healthcare finance, value-based care, and payer/provider contracting.
• Strong background in reporting—proficiency in Excel, BI, and data flows is essential.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement structures, including CPTs and HCPCS and their respective categories.
• Prior experience using SQL, Macros, ModMed, or other RCM and EMR systems.
• Familiarity with Medicare, including IPAs, MCOs, and other payer networks and plan intermediaries.
• Meticulous attention to detail is vital for success in this role.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret, simplify, and effectively communicate complex contractual and business information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solution-oriented mindset, capable of thinking creatively, challenging traditional approaches, and proposing innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Must be willing and able to work independently or collaboratively as project needs dictate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and translate extensive and complex financial datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
