Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of healthcare contracts, including GPO and direct customer agreements.

• Manage customer pricing programs, maintain manufacturer pricing, and oversee GPO membership within CDW systems.

• Utilize CDW systems and AI tools to create, analyze, and disseminate regular and on-demand contract reports.

• Handle processing of customer rebates and contract fees.

• Monitor contract deliverables and expirations while assisting with contract renewals.

• Oversee the operational setup and initiation of new customer agreements and programs.

• Prepare amendments for price alterations, additions, discontinuations, and product modifications.

• Create and update contract reference materials.

• Ensure an accurate repository of contracts for internal and external purposes.

• Provide support to internal stakeholders and external partners, including prompt handling of Salesforce cases.

• Safeguard confidential information and escalate any contract-related issues.

• Lead or take part in departmental and organizational initiatives while administering strategic programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in contract administration or 7 years of experience in contract administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including skills in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.

• Capability to extract, interpret, and analyze contract data effectively.

• Ability to read, understand, and draft contract language.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.

• Willingness to explore, adapt, and evolve with advancing technology and AI tools.
