📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the deliverables associated with contract management, utilizing skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Evaluate and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documentation pertinent to clinical trial activities and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify areas for enhancement, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Keep precise and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.

• Offer guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance, and resolution of disputes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar area, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sectors.

• A solid understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory standards associated with clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing complex contractual matters and suggesting effective solutions.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
