This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with both internal and external sales teams to manage producer contracts across various lines of business.
• Establish commission-related hierarchies to guarantee accurate payments to producers.
• Input producer information into multiple NGL systems for all business lines.
• Process an average of 40 new contracts weekly while upholding a turnaround time of 5 business days.
• Assess contracting documentation for completeness, including forms, signatures, hierarchy and commission requests, licenses, and state-specific mandates.
• Conduct background checks and state appointments utilizing current online tools and established procedures.
• Oversee approval processes as required.
• Investigate and renew expired licenses through workflow and relevant insurance departments.
• Revise administrative systems and append supporting documents to producer files.
• Liaise with Marketing Partners and other business units regarding contracting matters.
• Address emails and phone inquiries within acceptable timeframes.
• Manage product approvals, commission authorizations, and crossover agents.
• Execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and team members effectively.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with the capability to resolve issues and initiate necessary improvements.
• Competent in managing multiple responsibilities, working under tight deadlines, and adjusting schedules to meet service goals and priorities.
• Minimum requirement: High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of office experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance field is advantageous.
