Continuous Threat Exposure Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize an advanced understanding of CTEM to partner with Director-level leadership and establish the program roadmap.

• Protect essential assets while promoting business efficiency.

• Supervise and actively enhance the automation of the team's utilization of contemporary security platforms.

• Develop and refine the Discovery-to-Remediation lifecycle.

• Design automated hand-off workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Minimize mean time to treatment and related tracking activities.

• Lead the execution of testing workflows for the ongoing validation of security control effectiveness across the national landscape.

• Measure security posture through KPIs such as Attack Surface Coverage and Control Gap Analytics.

• Convert technical vulnerabilities into business-oriented risk narratives for Board-level reporting and strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• Advanced-level understanding of CTEM.

• Experience in applying quantitative frameworks to assess the financial impact of cyber risk and optimize vendor ROI.

• Proficiency in Python, Go, or PowerShell for creating custom middleware or API integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to adjust program priorities in real-time to tackle emerging threat vectors.

• Growth mindset when traditional processes fail to meet the pace of current cyber demands.
