This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance and continuous enhancement initiatives within the NRS contract.

• Propel performance and ongoing improvement in essential services.

• Transform data and insights into significant operational advancements.

• Lead audits, compliance measures, and performance reporting activities.

• Foster relationships with clients and operational teams.

• Identify risks, address challenges, and enhance customer outcomes.

• Advocate for best practices, innovation, and excellence in service delivery.

• Mentor and develop colleagues through coaching and sharing knowledge.

• Contribute to the development of safer, more efficient, and high-performing services.

• Travel to nuclear sites as necessary for improvement and assurance efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in performance, compliance, or continuous improvement positions.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for converting data into actionable insights.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with performance reporting processes.

• Experience utilizing CAFM systems and managing operational data effectively.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on enhancing services and performance.

• Knowledge of audit, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Completion of Triple Bar training is required prior to site access, to be completed during onboarding.

• Willingness and ability to travel to nuclear sites as required.

• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or Health & Safety are beneficial.
