This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement the PEAK continuous improvement program comprehensively, following the guidance, framework, methodology, and roadmap set forth by the EFO Manager.
• Facilitate the realization of the business's strategic vision through the development of personnel and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Enhance capabilities at all levels within the organization by planning and delivering PEAK EFO training programs.
• Learn from, share, and embrace best practices within PEAK and the broader organization.
• Assist in the creation of solid PEAK EFO roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Establish stakeholder expectations and ensure the successful execution and fulfillment of improvement plans.
• Uphold a robust safety culture aimed at eliminating operational risks.
• Assemble, nurture, and motivate a team committed to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Evaluate assembly line performance and implement processes to enhance output.
• Aid in developing multidisciplinary teams in comprehending continuous improvement principles, mapping processes, and identifying waste.
• Provide continuous improvement training and coaching at sites throughout Europe and Asia.
• Conduct in-person training and coaching while utilizing technology to guide teams remotely.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and cultivate teams across all organizational levels.
• An engineering background with a recognized qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• Capability to work independently in field-based settings.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30–40% of the time.
• Knowledge and experience with CMMS and facilities management systems.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives in a dynamic consumer goods or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels.
• Ability to articulate complex topics in a clear and engaging manner.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
• Capacity to inspire and develop a team where initiative, collaboration, and cultural respect are paramount.
