Continuous Improvement Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate analyses performed by the Financial Crime Prevention and Know Your Customer (KYC) teams, ensuring compliance with processes, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Document and log evaluations within the system to create a performance history for the teams, assisting leadership in decision-making.

• Recognize areas for enhancement, suggest solutions, and facilitate their implementation.

• Provide regular reports on indicators, insights into analysis quality, and potential process improvements to stakeholders.

• Offer clear, objective, and constructive feedback to foster the ongoing development of the teams.

• Achieve evaluation targets while maintaining the quality and punctuality of deliverables.

• Contribute to strategic Continuous Improvement projects aimed at enhancing fraud prevention methods.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality of all information.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential.

• Understanding of processes and/or projects related to continuous improvement or quality management is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey information clearly and assertively.

• Previous experience in fraud prevention within financial institutions or technology companies is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field is a plus.

• Familiarity with quality management tools, such as Zendesk, is beneficial.

• Prior experience as a fraud prevention analyst and/or assistant is an advantage.

• 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday.
