Contents Evaluator Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with management to enhance staff development

• Review work outputs and provide constructive feedback to uphold work quality

• Create reports and correspondence for customers, fellow VeriClaim adjusters, and/or insured parties

• Assess residential and commercial contents inventories based on replacement cost and actual cash value

• Implement limitations and/or exclusions in accordance with policy coverage

• Complete inventories for reporting purposes, which includes preparing enclosures, letters, and detailed notes

• Assist in the utilization of replacement services as requested by the Contents Adjuster

• Review and process receipts for replacements

• Interact with colleagues, management, customers, and insured individuals in a courteous and professional manner

• Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions

• Contribute to the organization’s quality initiatives

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred

• A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications

• Capability to read and understand policy documentation

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Capacity to meet or surpass Performance Competencies

• Ability to manage work-related stress and multiple priorities simultaneously

• Proven ability to meet deadlines
