Content Writer – Hausa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Create unique, human-written text samples spanning various subject areas.

• Follow a specified prompt after recognizing the relevant area of expertise.

• Guarantee that all content is completely original, without the use of AI tools, translation services, or plagiarism.

• Provide a written confirmation of the originality of your submissions.

• Commit to not publishing the submitted content elsewhere, adhering to project confidentiality agreements.

• Contribute to LILT’s language data and AI assessment projects.

• Assist in evaluating multilingual software issues, which include prompt language influences, non-English data handling, and locale/encoding edge cases in terminal operations.

• Complete the onboarding and profile setup to qualify for Applied AI projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency and excellent writing abilities in Hausa.

• Proven expertise in one or more fields, such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, or poetry.

• Previous writing experience is preferred, including professional, academic, or published work.

• Strong understanding of style, tone, and structure relevant to the selected field.

• Ability to work independently from a prompt with minimal creative direction.

• Strict compliance with originality and confidentiality standards.

• Must submit an updated CV in English.

• Completion of a GenAI assessment is required.

• Dependable availability and commitment to accepted assignments.

• Most tasks necessitate a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.

• Contractors must not be located in regions subject to international embargoes or sanctions.

• Contractors are entirely responsible for their own tax liabilities.
