This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and oversee tailored client content and SEO strategies.
• Manage daily deliverables for Enterprise clients.
• Create comprehensive marketing strategies informed by service-line expertise, business objectives, campaigns, and past performance.
• Apply SEO and content best practices, including LTV:CAC modeling, customer acquisition, SERP share, and content creation.
• Design creative briefs and content campaigns utilizing competitor analysis and audience insights.
• Establish client objectives through Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs; secure Associate Director approval prior to presentation.
• Ensure effective strategy execution through project management and task delegation.
• Utilize Asana for task creation, assignment, and deadline tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, content writers, designers, specialists, clients, and internal leadership.
• Foster client relationships and communicate timelines, progress updates, challenges, opportunities, and account changes.
• Present client strategy updates via bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and two bi-annual business review presentations.
• Discover opportunities for client upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.
• Demonstrated success in implementing SEO principles and content strategies.
• Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building techniques.
• Proficient in analyzing website traffic and SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and crawling tools like Screaming Frog.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Genuine passion for digital marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Previous agency experience is essential.
• Experience in B2B tech and/or SaaS industries is required.
• Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, including the impact of AI and automation on marketing and operations.
• Valid and current work authorization in Canada.
• Permanent residency in Canada is required.
