Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, authenticate, and enhance written materials and audio content by utilizing predefined SOPs, checklists, and client specifications.

• Ensure content and metadata are thorough, consistent, and fundamentally accurate; implement basic corrections as specified by guidelines.

• Detect and log content-related issues, defects, and bugs in internal systems following required templates and ticketing protocols.

• Raise unclear, significant, or policy-violating matters to the Team Lead/SME, providing clear context and supporting documentation.

• Oversee assigned queues to fulfill established throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.

• Adhere to information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment protocols where necessary.

• Engage in team meetings, calibration sessions, and mandatory training; apply feedback to enhance accuracy and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual proficiency (both spoken and written) in the Indonesian language, with a strong cultural understanding of the relevant market(s).

• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to adhere to step-by-step procedures and quality benchmarks.

• Fundamental problem-solving abilities (identify issues, collect evidence, follow the escalation process).

• Excellent time management skills with a consistent track record of meeting productivity and quality standards.

• Comfortable utilizing various tools and web platforms; capable of quickly learning new systems.

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.

• Willing to work in a role that may involve exposure to content that some may find sensitive or offensive.

• 1–2 years of experience in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a related area is preferred but not mandatory (role-dependent).
