This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Contribute to content design efforts for product development, influencing user flows, information architecture, content hierarchy, UX writing, and customer communications across both web and native app platforms.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Research, Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Experience from initial concepts through to launch and optimization.
• Assist teams in understanding customer challenges and pinpointing content and usability opportunities.
• Craft clear, precise, and user-friendly product content across in-product flows, notifications, emails, text messages, prototypes, and various customer interaction points.
• Leverage research, experimentation, customer feedback, and data to enhance content decisions, usability, and customer comprehension.
• Engage in design sprints, critique sessions, content reviews, and product discussions.
• Contribute to the development of style guides, writing standards, reusable patterns, team artifacts, and shared methodologies.
• Take part in Content Design team rituals and collaborate with other content designers.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, information architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in designing for web and native digital products.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong command of UX writing, strategic thinking, and successful product experiences.
• In-depth understanding of UX writing, information architecture, content hierarchy, usability, accessibility, research, experimentation, and product development.
• Capability to work independently on clearly defined projects and navigate uncertainty with guidance.
• Skill in aligning content decisions with customer needs and business objectives.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, designers, researchers, engineers, legal, compliance, marketing, or brand partners.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate rationale, solicit feedback, foster alignment, and advocate for the customer.
