YouTube Content Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Compile and repurpose pre-existing video material, including compilation videos and Shorts clips, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Assess and enhance video titles, descriptions, and tags, including AI-generated metadata, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to SEO best practices.

• Design thumbnails that align with established brand templates and visual guidelines.

• Upload, schedule, and publish content via YouTube Studio and internal publishing platforms.

• Ensure that all published content adheres to brand standards and family-friendly content regulations.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Adhere to established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the content production and publishing processes.

• Evaluate content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency prior to publication.

• Utilize judgment to enhance hooks, titles, and thumbnails to maximize content performance.

• Collaborate with global teams across various time zones.

• Report directly to the Content Operations Manager / Channel Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in managing YouTube content and channel operations.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).

• A keen eye for creating engaging hooks, titles, and thumbnails suitable for a family audience.

• Capability to adhere to and maintain exact publishing specifications across multiple channels.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and productivity tools.

• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar project management software.

• Experience in working with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content (preferred).

• Knowledge of YouTube’s Made for Kids classification and COPPA compliance (preferred).

• Basic familiarity with YouTube Studio (preferred).

• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
