Content Moderator – Adult, NSFW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and either approve or reject user-generated content, which includes images, videos, and text, in accordance with platform policies.

• Spot inappropriate, restricted, or potentially harmful material.

• Consistently apply moderation guidelines, especially when dealing with ambiguous or borderline content.

• Accurately document moderation decisions and escalate complicated cases as necessary.

• Investigate content flagged by automated detection systems.

• Review internal AI-generated content, including AI characters, datasets, and workflows, to ensure safety and compliance.

• Categorize and tag content to ensure proper platform visibility.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and productivity when handling substantial volumes of moderation.

• Work collaboratively with senior moderators and the Legal & Safety team to enhance workflows and enforcement standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in moderating user-generated content for an online platform.

• Strong grasp of content moderation guidelines, policy enforcement, and escalation procedures.

• Experience in managing high-volume moderation queues.

• Excellent comprehension of English, including slang, context, nuance, and intent.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions on complex or borderline content.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Complete comfort with daily exposure to explicit adult content.

• Availability to support required international moderation coverage.
