Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Investigate platform content to pinpoint videos with high potential for external distribution.

• Enhance video selection criteria based on performance metrics.

• Edit footage, optimize pacing, incorporate branding and calls to action, and tailor videos for various platform formats and audiences.

• Develop titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tracking links.

• Experiment with strategies to boost visibility and click-through rates.

• Confirm and document creator consent and redistribution rights in collaboration with the Legal team.

• Publish videos on tube sites and other pertinent third-party platforms.

• Uphold a regular publishing schedule and maintain organized accounts and content.

• Monitor views, engagement, and registrations with the support of analysts.

• Enhance content selection, editing, and distribution using insights derived from performance data.

• Discover additional platforms and experiment with new video formats and publication strategies.

• Suggest original content ideas and work in partnership with creators to produce exclusive videos.

• Conduct paid promotion tests, acquire placements within designated budgets, and analyze results collaboratively with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in content management, video production, or content distribution.

• Proficient video editing skills; capable of independently transforming source footage into a publishable video.

• Strong judgment in selecting engaging footage and crafting effective titles and thumbnails.

• Understanding of how content can generate traffic and attract new users.

• Ability to leverage performance data to enhance output.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capacity to work autonomously, manage a consistent publishing schedule, and meet deadlines.

• Reliable access to high-speed internet.

• Experience in uploading and optimizing videos for tube platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with video SEO, platform discovery, and audience behavior is advantageous.

• Background in paid promotion, advertising placements, or media buying is a plus.

• Experience in developing original content and collaborating with creators or models is a plus.

• Availability for collaboration during European working hours is a plus.
