• Proven experience in writing for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form media.

• Exceptional creative writing and storytelling abilities.

• Capability to produce natural-sounding conversational scripts for on-camera delivery.

• Strong grasp of hooks and social media content dynamics.

• Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Well-organized and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proficient in using AI tools like Claude.

• Experience in real estate or digital marketing is a plus.

• Familiarity with content calendars or collaboration with video teams is advantageous.
