This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the coordination of regulatory document authors from various disciplines within assigned projects.
• Track project timelines and resources, escalating risks to management while facilitating timeline negotiations across functional areas.
• Assess the training and development requirements of direct reports, offering support and guidance to personnel.
• Engage in the screening and interviewing process to fulfill current and future team requirements.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of document templates, SOPs, and operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with document processes, reporting any deviations to SW management.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement within assigned projects and relay observations to management.
• Take part in pertinent cross-functional drug development team meetings.
• Aid in the allocation of deliverables and the establishment of project priorities under the guidance of senior members of the Scientific Writing team.
• Facilitate the coordination of regulatory document authors across disciplines, ensuring document quality and supporting staff training and professional growth.
• A Bachelor's degree or MS/PhD/PharmD in a life science (advanced degree is preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience (BS/MS) or 2-3 years (PhD) within the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3 years in regulatory writing.
• Capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software.
• Basic experience with job-relevant AI applications.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in cross-functional drug development teams.
