SEO Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create blog posts focused on SEO for various clients, adhering to AP Style, client brand voices, and established content guidelines.

• Perform keyword research utilizing Semrush, analyzing search intent, search volume, and keyword competitiveness.

• Write and implement SEO metadata, including title tags, meta descriptions, slugs, and alt text.

• Organize and enhance content for GEO and AI-driven search through clear headings, FAQs, and succinct direct answers.

• Format and prepare content for publication in WordPress, and when necessary, Shopify or Wix.

• Assist in managing editorial calendars by monitoring topics, deadlines, and content status in Teamwork.

• Investigate topics and identify claims, statistics, or quotes that need verification.

• Submit content for internal review and accurately track time and tasks in Teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in writing SEO-focused blog and web content for multiple clients or brands.

• In-depth understanding of on-page SEO principles, including keywords, search intent, metadata, headings, and internal linking.

• Exceptional written English with strong grammar, editing skills, and familiarity with AP Style.

• Practical experience with WordPress.

• Knowledge of Shopify and/or Wix is a plus.

• Proficient in using SEO research tools like Semrush.

• Understanding of generative search, AI answer engines, and content structures that enhance GEO performance.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
