This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide administrative assistance to content team members to ensure that project deliverables are effectively communicated, monitored, and completed punctually.
β’ Organize and oversee project elements, including meeting agendas, official minutes, issue logs, tracking documents, and various project management artifacts.
β’ Facilitate and coordinate item reviews; monitor client feedback along with internal team responses and resolutions.
β’ Update documentation and support resources for content teams.
β’ Lead and/or engage in educator training sessions on systems and processes.
β’ Offer meeting support, including the preparation of necessary materials.
β’ Assist in the production and assembly of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Item Development Manager and internal teams to support state clients and statewide computer-based assessment program deliverables.
β’ Work independently or with minimal supervision and proactively pursue assignments.
β’ Bachelorβs degree and 2β4 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a robust work ethic.
β’ Must reside and work within the US for this position.
