Content Moderator, Bilingual Bulgarian/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Ensure users have safe and high-quality experiences on social media applications.

• Implement content policies for digital material and uphold the client's terms of service.

• Evaluate and rate content according to established criteria.

• Engage in wellness initiatives and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of previous experience in operations within a shared services or customer experience setting.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Proficient in both English and Bulgarian (reading and conversational).

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong awareness and understanding of political and social contexts.
