Content Moderator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Uphold exceptional standards of quality, relevance, and safety within the CurseForge project library.

• Evaluate, authorize, decline, or offer feedback on mods and add-ons in alignment with content guidelines, EULA, and ToS policies.

• Assist CurseForge creators with technical challenges and inquiries.

• Collaborate with Support, R&D, QA, and other teams to resolve daily operational issues.

• Confirm the integrity of files.

• Address creator inquiries through various communication channels.

• Contribute to the development of a safe, engaging, user-friendly, and enjoyable modding environment.

• Build a lasting partnership between formidable orcs and diminutive humans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in user support within technical domains.

• Prior experience in a technology-focused setting.

• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.

• Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

• Capability to work independently, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking capabilities.

• Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Proven accountability and ownership, with a history of independently driving projects to completion.

• Established decision-making skills, with the ability to apply policies, understand business context, and exercise sound judgment.

• Bonus: Strong understanding of various file types and folder structures.
