Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create and produce social-first content for our channels, overseeing the process from concept to publication.

• You film Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, both in front of and behind the camera, ensuring fast, high-quality content tailored for each platform.

• You frequently visit clients, construction sites, and other practical locations to showcase authentic stories from the skilled trades.

• You innovate new content formats with a recognizable identity and actively share your ideas with the team.

• You adopt a social-first approach to video content, knowing how to capture attention, remain relatable, and achieve organic performance.

• You cultivate a dependable network of tradespeople, creators, and other key contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a keen understanding of social media, storytelling, and viral dynamics.

• You are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, engaging with people effortlessly.

• You have experience in video editing and are proficient with mobile camera equipment.

• You quickly establish trust with others and identify authentic, relevant stories worth sharing.

• You work hands-on, independently, and have a strong eye for quality, speed, and platform suitability.

• Ideally, you have previously produced content that effectively reached audiences and made an impact.

• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) is required.
