This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of Pellera's content strategy, editorial calendar, and the overall content planning process.
β’ Create and oversee website copy, blogs and articles, customer success stories, case studies, executive thought leadership pieces, email campaigns and newsletters, landing pages, campaign materials, and sales enablement resources.
β’ Simplify complex technology subjects into engaging, business-oriented content.
β’ Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and voice across all channels.
β’ Conduct interviews and collaborate with customers, executives, technical specialists, and partners.
β’ Lead Pellera's social media strategy and execution on LinkedIn and Instagram.
β’ Generate platform-specific content and repurpose/distribute content across various channels.
β’ Highlight company news, customer stories, industry insights, executive viewpoints, events, and campaign content.
β’ Track channel performance and refine content based on engagement and business results.
β’ Create solution briefs, one-pagers, presentations, battlecards, playbooks, and customer proof points.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to meet business goals and support buyer journeys.
β’ Provide content and messaging for integrated marketing campaigns.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive repository of customer testimonials, case studies, and sales resources.
β’ Implement SEO best practices across website, blog, and landing page content.
β’ Analyze content, social media, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
β’ Utilize data and insights to enhance content strategy and business outcomes.
β’ Identify opportunities to boost Pellera's market presence, storytelling, and content operations.
β’ Align content initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, journalism, public relations, or a similar discipline.
β’ Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
β’ Proven experience in creating content for B2B audiences.
β’ Ability to convert technical concepts into clear, engaging customer-focused narratives.
β’ Experience in developing web, social, email, blog, and sales enablement content.
β’ Direct experience in executing social media programs across various channels.
β’ Knowledge of content strategy, SEO principles, and audience engagement techniques.
β’ Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Cross-functional experience with marketing, sales, technical, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a commitment to brand quality and consistency.
β’ Integrity, professionalism, and alignment with company values.
β’ Preferred: 4+ years in B2B technology organizations; background in IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology; experience in customer advocacy/storytelling or case study programs; knowledge of content analytics, SEO, and digital marketing optimization; experience with integrated marketing campaigns; familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, LinkedIn advertising, Meta platforms, or similar technologies.
