Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, produce, and sustain content for the website, blog, and landing pages.

• Create and maintain an editorial calendar along with consistent content frameworks.

• Simplify intricate subjects such as GHG quotas, e-mobility, and subsidies into engaging, audience-centric content.

• Perform keyword research and enhance both existing and new pages.

• Utilize a solid understanding of technical SEO, inclusive of metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.

• Stay updated and responsive to trends in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

• Oversee and advance organic social media platforms.

• Design channel-specific formats and visual aesthetics.

• Interact with the community and keep track of pertinent channels.

• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to generate content concepts and innovative campaign ideas.

• Produce creative briefs for copy, visuals, and videos, including in-house production when necessary.

• Experiment and refine hooks, formats, and messaging based on performance analytics.

• Collaborate closely with the executive team and Performance Marketing.

• Lead the entire content function, from strategic planning to implementation.

• Strong SEO expertise and a comprehensive understanding of organic content performance.

• Confident in managing social media channels and comprehending their algorithms.

• Capability to think strategically while also executing operational tasks.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German.
