Content Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality content for intricate B2B subjects

• Craft service pages, blog posts, and case studies

• Produce Customer Success Stories, white papers, checklists, and various lead magnets

• Manage the TYPO3 website

• Create and enhance landing pages

• Assist with CRM and marketing automation efforts

• Design and distribute coordinated content on Instagram and Facebook

• Identify and implement optimization strategies

• Create digital advertising materials and creatives for branding and performance campaigns

• Develop infographics, social media visuals, and other graphic content formats

• Create and refine corporate design assets

• Produce simple, short videos for social media platforms

• Ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels

• Execute the marketing strategy throughout the entire funnel

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, regularly seek feedback, and apply it constructively

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, copywriting, image generation, or design

• Experience with TYPO3 is advantageous

• Interest in LinkedIn marketing and performance marketing

• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a plus

• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms

• A strong appreciation for content and design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing your work quality

• Ability to quickly adapt and explore new concepts

• Willingness to grasp complex subjects and integrate subject-matter insights from experts

• Work samples, personal projects, or particularly successful content are encouraged
