Content Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the organic content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create content aimed at increasing audience size, engagement, leads, and sales.

• Transform expert insights and methodologies into effective content throughout the entire sales funnel.

• Investigate trends, creators, formats, hooks, and competitor content to inspire innovative ideas.

• Write scripts for both short- and long-form video content and develop comprehensive storyboards.

• Craft compelling posts, captions, newsletters, email sequences, and conversion-oriented copy.

• Design carousels, graphics, and thumbnails using Canva and comparable tools.

• Develop lead magnets and ManyChat automations to effectively capture and nurture leads.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, scripting, copywriting, and design processes.

• Monitor content and funnel performance, discern effective strategies, and continuously optimize.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growing organic social media presence and personal brands, particularly for creators, educators, coaches, or experts.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Exceptional skills in content strategy and copywriting, along with a solid grasp of hooks, storytelling, direct response, and conversion techniques.

• Experience in scripting video content, constructing storyboards, and producing visual materials using Canva or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of content funnels, lead generation, email marketing, and audience engagement.

• Data-driven approach with the capability to analyze performance and consistently enhance content.

• Comfortable with AI tools and platforms like ManyChat, or capable of quickly learning new tools.

• Proactive, creative, and highly organized, able to manage organic growth from start to finish in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
