📋 Description

• Revise both new and existing content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usefulness.

• Leverage AI tools to generate and enhance drafts while upholding high standards of quality.

• Establish content priorities and choose material that delivers maximum value.

• Monitor content performance and enhance visibility in Google and AI search through SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.

• Utilize content performance data to inform actions.

• Test new topics and formats for content creation.

• Work collaboratively with the CEO, developers, and product teams to transform technical knowledge into clear and engaging content.

• Take ownership of the company's editorial strategy.

• Several years of experience in creating and editing high-quality content.

• Exceptional editorial judgment and writing abilities.

• Proven experience in leading a small team of writers and providing constructive feedback.

• Emphasis on content quality and impact over sheer volume of publications.

• Demonstrated responsibility for content outcomes and ability to illustrate business impact.

• Practical experience in SEO and AI-search optimization.

• Proficient in utilizing AI for writing and editing, accompanied by sound editorial judgment.

• Background in software, SaaS, or other technical content.

• Capability to simplify complex products for easier understanding.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to make decisions and evaluate results independently, without needing detailed instructions.
