• Respond to performance data effectively.

• Explore new topics and content formats.

• Collaborate with the CEO, developers, and product teams to transform technical knowledge into captivating content.

• Several years of experience in creating and editing high-quality content.

• Strong editorial judgment coupled with exceptional writing skills.

• Proven experience leading a small team of writers.

• Skilled in providing constructive feedback to help writers develop.

• Emphasis on quality and impact of content over sheer publication volume.

• Accountability for content outcomes, demonstrating a tangible business impact.

• Practical experience in SEO and AI search optimization.

• Proficient in using AI for writing and editing purposes.

• Familiarity with software, SaaS, or other technical content.

• Capability to simplify complex products for easy understanding.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced work environment.
