Content Strategist – Instagram, Aesthetics and Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop editorial calendars that reflect each client’s positioning, target audience, and goals.

• Compose headlines, captions, carousels, and story sequences using engaging and persuasive language tailored to each professional’s tone.

• Create scripts for Reels that include captivating hooks, narratives, and precise recording guidelines.

• Design visuals for posts, carousels, stories, and Reels covers, ensuring alignment with each client's visual branding.

• Edit Reels and stories by incorporating cuts, captions, music, and visual elements that enhance understanding and retention.

• Transform questions, behind-the-scenes insights, testimonials, and outcomes into relevant stories and content for the audience.

• Conduct research on references, trends, and formats, adapting concepts to fit each professional’s context.

• Track metrics such as reach, retention, shares, saves, and interactions to suggest content enhancements.

• Engage in clients’ WhatsApp groups to request materials, address inquiries, align on deliverables, monitor approvals, and communicate deadlines.

• Manage the production workflow and oversee the stages of creation, review, approval, and publication.

• Work collaboratively with the team and clients through the processes of research, planning, copywriting, scripting, creation, editing, and performance monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in planning and producing content for Instagram.

• Exceptional writing abilities, a strong command of Portuguese, and thorough proofreading skills.

• Capacity to tailor communication to the identity, audience, and objectives of various clients.

• Knowledge of how Reels, stories, and carousels contribute to expanding reach, fostering relationships, and creating business opportunities.

• Ability to generate visual assets and edit videos specifically for social media platforms.

• Strong organizational skills to handle requests from multiple clients while meeting set deadlines.

• Independence to implement plans, suggest ideas, and address requests effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members, along with a keen attention to detail and an artistic sensibility.

• Openness to receiving feedback and making necessary revisions.

• Experience in content creation for aesthetics, healthcare, or orofacial harmonization is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is a plus.

• Familiarity with Manychat and automation for comments and direct messages is a plus.

• Knowledge of keywords and Instagram search optimization is a plus.

• Experience with artificial intelligence to aid content production, coupled with critical review, fact-checking, and original writing, is a plus.

• A university degree is required.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
