Content Management Creator – Vollzeit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are in search of suitable creators for our projects.

• You coordinate communications with the creators, which includes general terms, contract negotiations, and inquiries regarding content production.

• Together with our Creative Strategy Team, you develop psychologically optimized content briefings that the creators will implement.

• You research additional creators for our Creator Pool based on our quality standards.

• You serve as the communicative link between external content creators and our team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a completed degree in Marketing/Communication/Business Administration.

• You maintain an independent and responsible work style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.

• You possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Add-On: Initial agency/campaign experience.
