Content & Growth Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and share content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, blogs, newsletters, carousels, threads, and additional platforms.

• Transform intricate AI and product concepts into captivating content.

• Assist in establishing the Founder brand.

• Remain engaged with AI, internet culture, trends, communities, and ongoing discussions.

• Interact with founders, developers, creators, and relevant communities.

• Recognize growth opportunities within creators, podcasts, newsletters, partnerships, and events.

• Support SEO efforts, website management, campaigns, product launches, and community growth.

• Monitor performance and consistently test new ideas, formats, hooks, and channels.

• Share content on pertinent platforms to aid potential customers in discovering the brand.

• Assist Clyro in cultivating a consistent, recognizable identity, a growing Founder voice, enhanced audience engagement, and a repeatable content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0.6–2 years of experience or comparable hands-on experience.

• Created your own project, such as a poetry page, YouTube channel, blog, newsletter, meme page, community, photography account, podcast, personal brand, side project, or similar.

• Excellent writing and communication abilities with a distinct personality.

• Knowledge of social media, internet culture, creators, memes, and trends.

• An inquisitive nature regarding AI, startups, technology, and people.

• Comfort with uncertainty, experimentation, and independent execution.

• Preferred educational backgrounds: Psychology, Literature, Liberal Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Media, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.

• Capability to work remotely; Bengaluru is also an option for location.
