Content Enrichment Specialist – Short-term, Indonesian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate video content in accordance with established guidelines.

• Offer research and editorial support concerning contemporary pop culture video material.

• Recognize patterns and provide insights on the digital landscape.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver editorial feedback and research on video content.

• Assess video content for compliance with specified guidelines and client objectives.

• Detect patterns or trends in video content while following client directives.

• Adhere to agreed-upon shifts, maintain necessary communication protocols, and fulfill shifts per guidelines.

• Attend company, manager, and team meetings as required.

• Analyze and evaluate the number of videos assigned to meet daily targets.

• Apply awareness of cultural and political contexts to the work.

• Engage in and promote the development of 1021’s culture.

• Utilize company- and client-approved AI tools and policies in project workflows, and identify emerging AI trends.

• Complete special projects as necessary.

• May encounter disturbing content during video review.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian; proficiency in Indonesian is essential.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant job or industry.

• Must maintain a consistent schedule from a location within your home state or locality due to legal obligations and material sensitivity.

• Experience in remote work and within multicultural teams.

• Background in content moderation, content review, curation, or related roles.

• Familiarity with content review guidelines and best practices.

• Experience in copywriting and proofreading, preferably with a focus on entertainment-related content.

• Proficient in using Google Suite, spreadsheets, and other data management tools.

• Adaptable to changes in guidelines, workflows, and tools.

• Strong understanding of digital streaming products, particularly video and its ecosystem.

• Capability to analyze information with an analytical and objective approach in a fast-paced setting.

• Genuine interest in or knowledge of pop culture, social media trends and creators, and trending video content.

• Strong familiarity with memes, popular songs, and pop culture trends.

• Knowledge of popular social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X, Twitch, and Clubhouse.

• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week for a short-term engagement.
