Content Enrichment Specialist – Part-time Contractor, Portuguese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess video content in line with established guidelines

• Offer research and editorial support on contemporary pop culture video material

• Recognize trends and provide insights into the digital landscape

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver editorial feedback and research

• Review videos to ensure adherence to guidelines and client objectives

• Detect patterns and trends in video content while complying with client specifications

• Work agreed-upon shifts punctually, maintain communication protocols, and fulfill shifts as per deliverables

• Attend company, managerial, and team meetings as necessary

• Evaluate assigned videos to achieve daily targets

• Apply an understanding of the cultural and political climate to the tasks

• Engage in and promote the development of 1021’s culture

• Utilize company- and client-approved AI tools and policies in project workflows

• Identify emerging trends in AI technology

• Complete special projects as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in the United States

• Proficient in English and Portuguese, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong cultural awareness of Brazil

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field or industry

• Capacity to maintain a consistent schedule from a location within the worker’s home state or locality

• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment

• Ability to function as an individual contributor while supporting team success

• Exceptional communication, responsiveness, organizational skills, flexibility, and time management

• Willingness to attend mandatory company, managerial, and team meetings

• Capability to review potentially distressing video content

• Approximately 20 hours per week, with certain weeks requiring additional hours

• Availability as an independent contractor from November 16, 2026, through December 16, 2026
